early morning noise
i was booked on the floor below the restaurant. i was woken early in the morning by the scraping of chairs above. the reception staff wasn't particularly friendly upon arrival, though efficient. there was a misunderstanding in english, so i waited over 12 hours for them to reset the safe from the previous guests. their compromise offer was misinterpreted, which dampened my stay.

The rooftop patio provides a nice spot. I found it acceptable for enjoying a meal.
the family rooms? tiny! it reminded me of they were cutting corners. the room i got had no windows, feel kinda claustrophobic, like i was stuck in a box. the bathroom was also small, not exactly what you expect when you are paying good money.

noisy roomstale pastries
my stay wasn't exactly smooth. the room was quite noisy. i could hear every little thing outside and even noises from other rooms. it made sleep a real challenge. the breakfast wasn't great, either. the coffee tasted weird and the pastries seemed stale, not the best way to start my day.

Excellent Boutique Hotel Experience

The staff helped arrange excursions and transportation I required. The buffet breakfast included a wide selection of choices and was very satisfying. I appreciated the excellent service provided and the thoughtful extra amenities . The hotel also has a great location within walking distance of many points of interest.
The sounds from adjacent rooms and the hallway were easily audible. I could hear every noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway, difficult to rest. Quieter rooms would improve future stays.

The room was clean and well maintained it included blackout curtains mini bar and complimentary bottled water. The bed provided a comfortable sleeping experience and the layout of the room was functional for a multi-night stay. Space was adequate.

The rooftop bar provided a relaxing spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing offering some city views. Breakfast was served on the tenth floor offering fresh cooked egg options and a vast savoury selection. The hotel also features a cafe.
