Fantastic Stay, Highly Recommended!

The hotel's location was unbeatable. It was very easy to reach key points. Breakfast was AMAZING!!! It included many options and fresh, tasty choices. The team was kind and attentive, taking care of our needs quickly. When the AC had a slight hiccup, they immediately provided another room for us.

I noticed the shower took a bit to heat up, maybe five minutes. Still, it was not a big problem.

the breakfast was very good with a decent choice. the area near the opera house was also nice.

the customer service at the hotel was poor. when i arrived, not one person welcomed me. it was shocking compared to the service i received everywhere else. the staff only told us what we were not allowed to do in the room.
