Historic Charm and Prime Location!

My room was spacious! It really gave a historic vibe, I was transported back in time. The garden dining area was a chef's kiss. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was very nice. Staff are nice and accommodating. I found the location was perfect for exploring all the city had to offer.

Most of the staff were very friendly. They are trained to a high standard! The staff do their best to provide excellent service. The staff were smiling, nice and very accommodating to my needs.

Charming stay near the Opera

great location helpful staff
The location was PRIME, right next to the opera house, with access to many attractions. The staff was helpful and ensured a comfortable stay (i was actually surprised).
I experienced some noise issues due to nearby venues, made sleeping a bit difficult at times. Modern double-glazed windows would greatly improve the soundproofing.

Rooms included air conditioning, though it worked a bit hard. The fitness center had old equipment, but it still works. The hotel includes a garden terrace that is available for breakfast.

Location is fine. Rooms need work

poor fitting windows loud noise
the location was quite central, which i guess is convenient.
The rooms were kind of falling apart. They were supposed to be "beautiful," but looked more like the beautiful version of a budget motel. the air conditioning barely worked, and the noise from outside? atrocious! it sounded like a party bus doing laps all night long.
