The staff were friendly. I appreciated their polite attitude during check-in.

I found the room quite disappointing. A distinct sewer smell emanated from the bathroom, permeating the entire room. Room 905 should be avoided until this issue is addressed.

The check-in service was excellent with fluent English speakers. The bellboys were alert and very attentive. The room was clean and had a beautiful river view. The hotel exceeded my expectations. I have stayed at many different brands. Bryan, the concierge, has been excellent and the best I have encountered.

Breakfast included good quality food with great choice options. The hotel also has an Italian restaurant. The new cafeteria environment is excellent and provides great service and assistance during stays.

The room had ample sockets for charging devices. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. I found the big room and the clean toilet adequate for my needs.
