the location was fantastic, really close to many key attractions. i walked to several restaurants and markets from the hotel. my room included a functional minibar. the rooftop jacuzzi pool was a highlight with a relaxed atmosphere, i especially enjoyed it in the evenings.
my windowless room felt a bit small for longer stays.

The staff offered prompt, professional support and resolutions to requests. Their friendly demeanor enhanced my experience. i appreciated their responsiveness. they seemed genuinely committed to guest satisfaction.

an okay stay

rooftop pool breakfast options slippery bathroom high cost
The rooftop pool was a nice feature. breakfast had a lot of options both western and local food. It was really nice. i especially liked the pho station. the location is great, right next to the market.
The shower leaked terribly. the bathroom floor was always wet and slippery. I found it quite dangerous. i have never given a bad review. before, but i really can't recommend this hotel for the money.

the breakfast had many international options. the location was perfect. i found the room nice and the bed comfortable. the bathroom was clean.
I found the soundproofing poor. I could hear hallway and upstairs noises. i also heard flushing and running water.

The location provided easy access to various attractions. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options. It was certainly filling. I found the rooftop bar and spa to be additional bonuses.
I noticed that the front desk staff could have been more approachable, which would have improved the overall experience.

The location is central and convenient I could easily walk to several attractions. The rooftop pool area has sunbeds couches tables and chairs it was quite relaxing. Breakfast included many options and variety I found it satisfactory. The staff was attentive and helpful with requests I made.
The minibar had limited complimentary items it was restocked with additional charges.
