charming stay
lovely view thoughtful touch helpful staff
the staff recommended a great room it had a lovely view making my visit nice i found a complimentary bottle of champagne along with dessert to celebrate my anniversary it felt thoughtful i particularly appreciated victoria at reception she was very helpful securing a perfect room and ensuring an lovely stay.
the in room bath tub light stayed on for twenty minutes after switching the light off it was very loud

mixed feelings about my stay
the building has character. the shower was thoughtfully provisioned.
i was disappointed that staff seemed to have inconsistent policies regarding basic needs for children. on the final night, i was informed that hotel policy prevented them from assisting with washing baby bottles. it was even suggested that heating milk could cause cross-contamination, which i found unreasonable.

excellent staircase helpful service spacious room
I found the staircase an excellent feature. It added to the hotel's character. the staff offered helpful service. i especially liked the upgraded beautiful room. It was quite spacious. the park views were a welcome sight from the room. i appreciated the attentiveness shown throughout my visit.
My room's bathroom wasn't very clean, the basin plughole was faulty, and i noticed some fruit flies. This was a little disappointing!

Really good Winter Suite Getaway
enhanced luxury separate toilet
Our winter break was faultless. We chose to upgrade to the Yering Station suite, a decision we did not regret, as it offered enhanced luxury. The suite included a seating area, a bedroom with a roll-top bath, a large walk-in shower, and a separate toilet, all appointed (and very spacious!).
The ongoing refurbishment project on the terrace was a bit of a letdown. The area was closed off, with metal barriers and stacked furniture, so we could not sit outside, and there was no prior notice on the website about this work.

The Yering Station suite offered a seating area with really good appointments. It also included a bedroom with a roll-top bath and a walk-in shower. A separate toilet added to the convenience of the well-designed space.

Breakfast included coffee and croissants, both of good quality. The staff was attentive and helpful. I found the breakfast was delicious (especially the croissants!).

Sam addressed our room query very professionally. Sonny, our waiter, was knowledgeable about the tasting menu and wine pairings. Both Sam and Sonny ensured our stay was most enjoyable, for which we were thankful.
