The hotel provided free parking. It was a great convenience. My room included new air conditioning. Triple glazing kept the room quiet. The bathroom was recently renovated, it looked modern.

My room lacked working WiFi. The staff didn't resolve the issue.

Fantastic stay near everything!

The room was large and clean. It included air conditioning, toiletries, coffee making facilities, an iron, an ironing board, and a hairdryer. The staff were AMAZING and were great too help!!! Breakfast was also superb and cooked to perfection.

The food could have been served hotter, as the plates were cold.

The hotel is very close to public transport. A bus stop sits directly opposite the hotel, offering convenient access into town. It is very easy to catch a cheap Uber to the Amex Stadium from here.

the food was quite disappointing . the hunter's chicken tasted like frozen chicken with processed cheese. also, the roast i ordered was small and underwhelming, not what i expected (i've eaten better elsewhere).

The location suited my travel needs well. the staff were excellent. i found a bus stop right outside the hotel. the hotel provided a direct coach to brighton stadium. It was very convenient. the room had excellent blackout curtains. the room was quiet and warm. I slept soundly.

i noticed the tv lacked bbc channels. it was a small issue, though.

The food was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the gammon steak, chips, and fried pineapple (it was a first for me!). The service was also excellent (especially the young lady who took my order). The facilities were super clean too.

The room entrance was outside the hotel. The entrance was muddy. I thought the carpet was old. (I also thought the duvet was lumpy).
