The staff was helpful for organizing my laundry. The staff was friendly. My partner enjoyed the spa. The room was clean.

The fridge was not working. There were no coffee or tea in the room. The chairs on the balcony was not strong plastic. There was too many switches that didn't work.

The staff was helpful with directions and recommendations for local restaurants. My room had a large balcony, perfect for enjoying the morning sun. The breakfast buffet had a great selection, and I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries. The spa was very clean with many treatments available.

The gym was a little small.

i found the room cleaning was substandard! i stayed in the suite with a jacuzzi, but i ended up cleaning it myself as the service was not what i expected. the staff's attitude compounded my disappointment.

the parking costs 7€ per night, it is a slight inconvenience.
