the shower was quite good.

The carpet was questionable (i wondered what it had seen). the tv reception was terrible. It buffered constantly. also, the room felt a bit bare. One chair isn't really enough.

The reception staff were polite and helpful. The room I had faced the rear of the building. It felt quite private. The check-in process was straightforward. I found good value for the money paid.

I found that a small bar of soap would have been useful.

The staff were cute. The hotel's location near the park was convenient. The free parking area was helpful, especially with a petrol station nearby. It was easy to get in and out of the city due to the ring road access.

The room had a great size and felt quite comfy. The TV was excellent, allowing connection to personal accounts like Netflix. The shower was also really good. I found the bed comfortable, offering plenty of towels plus tea, coffee, and sugar in the room (a nice touch!).

The hotel looked slightly worn.

The room smelled strongly of damp. It wasn't pleasant, the carpet looked stained and needed replacing. the bed base looked damaged too, with torn upholstery. the noise from the nearby road kept me awake at night.
