Wonderful location and great breakfast
excellent location breakfast buffet olive trees garden
I found the location excellent, near everything. The breakfast buffet had many choices and high quality items. The olive tree garden creates a relaxing atmosphere.

generally satisfactory stay
short walk breakfast variety dirty carpets useless hairdryer
The location is convenient, a short walk to the town center. no car is really needed. the breakfast was a major plus. I especially liked the variety offered.
The stair carpets to my room were very dirty. A shampoo would help. the hairdryer was a long hose-like contraption, it was useless.

room upgrade lake view breakfast selection broken tv unhelpful staff pool service
i received a room upgrade. it had a lake view. breakfast had a great selection of food.
the tv broke on my second day there. i told the staff every day i had no television. their answer was i could use my tablet. the pool area was not serviced by staff.

poor representation unbearable noise
the room didn't match the photos (i reminded me of i was catfished by a hotel room). the kitchen noise went on late and started early, like they were auditioning for a metal band down there. i actually had to ask them to quiet down at almost midnight, imagine that!

a balanced stay
great location lake view nice breakfast old mattress spider webs outdated room
the hotel has a great location, just off the main area. it was a short walk to the main town. i also appreciated the large room and the balcony overlooking the lake. breakfast was nice too.
the rooms need some attention. the bedrooms do not look like the pictures. the mattress felt old and worn. i also noticed spider webs in the room.

a decent stay overall
amazing staff good location quiet area restrictive dog policy public area extra room
the location was good. it was just off the main area, it's bit quieter. it was a five minute walk to the main town. the staff was also amazing.
the hotel claimed it was dog-friendly. dogs were not allowed anywhere in the public areas. only one dog per room was allowed, so i had to book an extra room.
