i had a room with great views and it was cleaned daily. the staff were particularly attentive and proactive. the four course dinner was highly enjoyable. the grounds and rooms were clean and well kept. the location offered amazing lake and mountain views.

i noticed the pool sometimes gets crowded during peak hours. this made finding available loungers occasionally difficult. i suggest arriving early to secure a spot, particularly on sunny afternoons. i hope management will consider adding more loungers.

all staff were particularly attentive, proactive and friendly. front of house staff were excellent. they all worked hard and were friendly. the hotel staff were very polite and helpful with all requests.
