a solid stay with a few snags
great location real spread outdoor pool additional fee spa facilities misleading photos
location location location! it was super close to everything, which i totally loved. breakfast was great, i mean, a real spread every morning. also, i really liked that there was both indoor and outdoor pool options, i always have to choose.
the spa was kinda a letdown. it cost extra, and i didnt know until i got there. it was all booked! super bummed about that because that's why i booked it. also, the rooms didnt match the photos online, what a surprise.

great location breakfast selection pool view
the location is very close to the city center, a short walk gets you there. the breakfast provided a good selection of food. our room overlooked the pool, so it was a beautiful view.
The air conditioning seemed not cold enough. I hope it is fixed soon.

The hotel's location is convenient. I found the proximity to the lake perfect. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. They provided a wide choice of food.
The air conditioning system was to be centrally controlled. I could not adjust the room temperature to my liking.

towel charge unexplained fee
the breakfast had a beautiful terrace with a view of the pool.
i was charged €25 for use of towels and a robe even though everything said €15 (i'm still confused). when i asked about this at the main reception, the staff member didn't know why.
