Adequate stay. Some issues need addressing
rude staffbreakfast replenishment
The breakfast was adequate, yet some items were not always replenished quickly enough. It depended on the time i arrived. this was disappointing. also, i found some of the reception staff to be quite rude. i asked for a receipt after paying a bill midway through my stay and the staff insisted i did not need one, saying the paper bill was enough. this, and i expect better service from a hotel of this supposed standard.

the breakfast was fine (especially the fresh fruit selection).
The front desk staff was not cute. I found this disappointing. there was also a noticeable lack of communal areas, which became a problem during a period of bad weather. the partial sea view room wasn't worth the extra cost because the view was mostly overgrown trees.

the staff was very friendly. our room had quality toiletries and was spacious. the breakfast had a lot of choice. every member of staff we met was friendly, courteous and professional. it was a pleasure to stay.
our room was close to large trees, so i paid extra to move. sadly, our excitement was shortlived because the room smell heavily of sewage. this resulted in a second room move.

the hotel location is near the town center. it is a short walk to the pier. you can get ferries to locations around the lake. the bus station is close.
