prime location lake view fresh fruit poor air conditioning missing parasol hot room
The hotel location is amazing! I had a room with a lake view. It was comfortable and clean. Breakfast included usual offerings (I especially liked the fresh fruit).
The air con didn't work well in my room. This made it difficult to sleep because it was hot. A sun parasol on the balcony would have been a nice addition (i could've used some shade!).

fantastic lakeside experience
italian charm strong coffee
The location is superb, directly on the water. the rooms have a distinct italian charm. staff members are fabulous. They resolve issues quickly. breakfast offers a wide variety and strong coffee with a view of the lake.
Getting to the hotel proved a bit tricky. i had difficulty accessing it by taxi. most transport relied on ferries. I found this inconvenient with luggage.

prime location helpful staff complimentary bicycles
the location was superb. it was close to the ferry landing (very convenient for day trips). the staff were very friendly and helpful with directions. i really enjoyed the complimentary bicycles (perfect for exploring).
the breakfast service was a little slow sometimes. i often had to wait a few minutes for coffee refills (they seemed short-staffed).

helpful staff super clean cleanliness
the staff were helpful and accommodating . i especially appreciated the super clean cleanliness of the rooms and public areas. the location provided convenient access to nearby shops and attractions
the air conditioning was not working efficiently enough to keep the room cool during the hottest part of the day. this made it difficult to sleep comfortably

excellent location helpful staff tasty food
The location was excellent near the ferry. The staff proved friendly and quite helpful all the time. Breakfast included large variety and tasty food. It was a good stay there.
The television sometimes had a picture freeze.
