i was charmed by this place. the staff was helpful. the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). i liked the outdoor pools and the abundance of loungers in the gardens.
the room felt a bit dated. the cleaning standards were low, even after the upgrade. the beds in the annex were awful and hard, which i did not appreciate.

This hotel is fantastic, with lovely, cute staff, it is good to have separate children's pools for families! the spa is luxurious. I found it excellent. the courtesy bus to the town was an advantage. i will return again. the hotel is amazing. Especially the spa facilities.
I was disappointed with the meals offered in the evening, though. small portions were not great, with very few vegetables.

Staff members are very helpful and friendly. They ensured my experience was great. elenora in reception displayed patience, guidance, and warmth, answering all questions with a smile. What a treasure!
