i enjoyed the secure car parking, it had excellent spaces. the views were very good from my room. the location made exploring easy. the room was super clean, it had all the facilities i needed.

i found the smell in the hallways pretty bad. it smelled like rotten eggs. the staff by the pool were completely rude. the service was poor i expect more at a 5 stars hotel.

the general manager, romina, gave us a warm welcome! she made certain we had everything needed. the view was amazing, and the pool and bar was superb. parking access was convenient as well.

the coffee pods in the room were not renewed daily, and additional ones had a high cost.

Breakfast offered a rich buffet with high-quality ingredients and local specialties. Fresh pastries and fruit were available. the restaurant offered gourmet dishes paired with an excellent wine selection. the food was amazing!!!

The thermal spa was a real highlight. It featured an outdoor thermal pool with a fine lake view. various saunas, steam rooms, and relaxation areas were open . the hotel has a lakeside location with sunbeds.
