breakfast buffet fresh fruit sulfur smell old equipment

The breakfast buffet had great variety. I especially liked the fresh fruit. The thermal pool was a nice amenity (even when it was a bit crowded).

The hallway smelled strongly of sulfur. The smell was quite noticeable on the way to my room. The gym's equipment seemed old. Some treadmills were out of service.

totally thrilled with my stay

superb location thermal pool excellent food

I was so excited to arrive and find the location was superb. it's right next to the castle, offering easy access to explore. the thermal pool plus spa was a dream, providing ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation. i enjoyed excellent food at the restaurant. Every dish was a culinary delight!

The hotel could use a bit of an update. i noticed the rooms felt a tad dated. modernizing the decor could definitely enhance the overall experience. The hotel is beautiful.

I stayed in a PRESTIGE double room lake view. the view of the lake from the room was very nice. the breakfast offered a wide selection of choices. I found fresh fruit, pastries, and local items. the location by the castle was also very convenient.

i enjoyed the secure car parking, it had excellent spaces. the views were very good from my room. the location made exploring easy. the room was super clean, it had all the facilities i needed.

i found the smell in the hallways pretty bad. it smelled like rotten eggs. the staff by the pool were completely rude. the service was poor i expect more at a 5 stars hotel.

warm welcome convenient parking amazing view

the general manager, romina, gave us a warm welcome! she made certain we had everything needed. the view was amazing, and the pool and bar was great. parking access was convenient as well.

the coffee pods in the room were not renewed daily, and additional ones had a high cost.
