staff was friendly, and the breakfast offered a good selection.
my room was far smaller than advertised on the website and that really bothered me. i think the room was five square meters short and i felt cheated. superior room class photos on the website are misleading, so you cannot trust them.

the room had excellent amenities. it featured a very large bathroom. there was also a wide variety of breakfast choices. the location was very central! made it easy to walk everywhere i wanted to go.
The elevator door closed very quickly. this made it a little dangerous. I had to be very careful.

this hotel is positioned close to many attractions. i walked to the arena and other historical sites easily. several shops and restaurants are also just around the corner. it was perfect though the parking was expensive!

the room included a lavazza coffee maker. there was a fridge in the room as well. the breakfast service was very good (i especially liked the pastries!).
i found a missing tap top in the bathroom. there was virtually no surface for toiletries. there were no instructions on how to control the temperature in the room.

The staff were helpful, and the location was great. It was easy to reach many attractions. Our room had all necessary amenities and the breakfast was good too. I especially appreciated the variety of choices at the buffet.
The walls seemed thin, so I could hear noises from adjacent rooms. The air conditioning was difficult to adjust. It was either too cold, or it turned off. The hotel claimed to be five stars. I found the service to be more like a four-star experience.
