Acceptable but flawed

small tv no taxi

The breakfast had a good variety of foods and drinks available to choose from.

The room lacked a comfortable chair i really needed after my long travel day the tv was ridiculously small the size of a desktop monitor it was hard to believe i paid so much for this room. there was no taxi available from the train station i found that unacceptable they made me walk quite a long way with my luggage.

The room was quite basic. There weren't coffee facilities. I also needed to pay a deposit for the safe. The rooms felt a bit outdated and could use some updating.

The staff was very helpful and always available. Breakfast included many fresh items each morning and gluten-free options were available for me.

The shower cubicle was indeed tiny.

Excellent Lakeside Hotel Experience

local travel great bed excellent selection

The reception staff helped me with local travel information, including ferry schedules and taxi services. My room had soundproofing. It also featured a great bed, bathroom, and readily available sockets. The breakfast provided an excellent selection and I found the staff accommodating. They even drove my elderly father to coordinate a taxi to the airport. I am grateful for their extra assistance.

The room had minimal storage space, specifically, the closet had only one shelf. There was space to add an additional small shelf.

The breakfast included croissants, scrambled eggs, ham, and cheese as well as cereals, fruit, and cakes. I also found a true Italian cappuccino, ensuring there was something for everyone and a satisfying start to the day.

The location of this hotel is perfect. It is situated directly on the lake Garda and is also a short walk to restaurants, the ferry dock, and various shopping areas. I found nearby parking available at a reduced rate, very convenient.
