the location proves convenient, as it allows a short cycle to the castle. bus stops are also nearby. the pool is spacious, offering plentiful sunbeds. i found the reception staff helpful and informative. staff helped me with transport and local attractions.
the bed provided was notably uncomfortable for sleep. i struggled with it, despite not usually having problems in other hotels. a better mattress should be invested in.

the hotel is near good restaurants. shops and the beach are also within easy reach. a shuttle bus to the town center stops opposite the hotel every twenty minutes. the area secure hotel.

i found the breakfast offered good food. there was wide choices at the buffet. staff refilled it constantly until 10 am. i found good value for money.

the pool area is clean. it is also quiet. ample sun loungers are always available throughout the day. the hotel also offered free bicycles for going into town.

staff are very attentive and polite. i did appreciate the quick service and excellent restaurant recommendations. the service from the staff is excellent. andrea the happy barman in particular was especially great.

The staff's friendliness. I found the free bicycles perfect for exploring the surrounding area. The pool was clean. I appreciated relaxing there during the warmer parts of the day.
The gym equipment was a little dated.

The staff at the restaurant were lovely, also the cleaning lady. the pool was nice and clean. free bikes let us enjoy the area nearby. the kids really liked the breakfast. the hotel has free parking. Made things easier.

the hotel staff provided quick service and gave recommendations for local restaurants. cheese boards and snacks were complimentary during the day. a shuttle bus stops near the hotel, taking guests to places nearby for a small fee.

the rooms were clean and spacious. i stayed in a new design room overlooking lake garda. it was perfect to watch thunderstorms over the lake in the evening. there was also a roomy balcony.

i found the hotel's location very convenient with parking available in front of the building. the breakfast included a good variety of food and drinks. the staff offered assistance and the bar served reasonably priced drinks and snacks i found the beds were comfortable.
the gym equipment could use some updating.
