Excellent stay
cute staff home-like atmosphere convenient location
The reception staff was cute. They were always ready to assist. The hotel decor created a home-like atmosphere. A welcome cake was a nice touch (i ate it right away!). The location is convenient. It is a short walk from the jardin du luxembourg. It is also next to a metro station.
The elevator was a bit rickety. It made me nervous (my brother actually got stuck!).
Rooms
9/10
The rooms feature high-quality bedding. Shower amenities are also provided. Nespresso pods and bottled water are available daily in the room. Closet space is adequate.
Location

broken air conditioning incorrect advertisement
The staff at reception were kind and gave good recommendations for local restaurants. The hotel was close to transport.
The air conditioning did not work. I chose the hotel because it stated it had aircon. The room temperature stayed at 22 degrees. It was uncomfortable after a hot day. The hotel should not advertise aircon when it isn't functional.

Comfortable stay near the metro
extended hours metro access good location
Breakfast hours extended until 11am and check-out was at 12pm. This was convenient. The reception worked perfectly. The location is next to the metro with several restaurants nearby (a real advantage!).
The hotel elevator stops between floors. Carrying luggage up or down stairs was a bit difficult.
Service

The staff were helpful and kind, providing perfect reception. They answered my questions and offered assistance when needed.

The continental breakfast provided a wide selection. Varied fruits, meats, cheeses, and breads were available each morning (especially the croissants!). Gluten-free options were available upon request.
