The location is really close to the main train station! The room was cleaned daily, providing fresh towels and sheets. AC saved me during my summer trip, it worked perfectly.

The room was awkwardly shaped. There was limited space to walk between the bed and the wall.

The front desk staff offered prompt assistance, especially with directions. The inner courtyard provided a calm escape from the city (I really liked its design). My room was very clean upon arrival. The hotel's location near major train stations was a significant advantage for day trips.

The beds were very comfortable. Furnishing are modern. rooms were kept clean with cleaners coming each day. the location is good. It's walking distance from le marais and close to gare du nord!

they charged me 100 euros as a deposit. it wasn't refunded. they told me they would hold the amount, refused cash, and charged it.

The breakfast included many options. The staff was very attentive and helpful, from check-in to providing directions (I found their local knowledge invaluable). The location proved very convenient, particularly due to proximity to key transport links. I felt safe and secure within the premises at all times .

The soundproofing was not ideal, as I could hear noise from the courtyard late into the night, impacting sleep.
