the staff was very friendly and helpful . they provided useful advice and were always willing to assist with any questions i had. the location is also very convenient being close to the train station and metro providing easy access to other parts of the city.

my room had a view of a brick wall which was disappointing. the room was quite small and there was limited space for my luggage. there was also some noise from outside , made it difficult to sleep at times

The friendly staff really excelled. They took great pride in their hotel and in providing excellent service. Location near the Nord station was a HUGE bonus as i arrived late. It's also a good base since it has plenty of public transport links.

The front automatic door seemed temperamental. It CLOSED on me as i was walking through and it knocked me off my feet. My head smacked against the wall and I fell.

The staff were pretty good too. I received welcome drinks upon a late arrival at night. They provided tips and recommendations on transportation. Staff always had smiles and friendliness.

The hotel is a ONE-MINUTE walk to the train station. It made traveling very easy. The breakfast offered a LOT of choice and I found it good value. The staff were accommodating and helpful . The room was very clean and the bed comfy.

The lift is small and felt a bit cramped. It barely serves its purpose.

the location is convenient , directly across from the train station and with various restaurants nearby. the breakfast offered a good selection considering the price. additionally , the staff was super friendly and helpful with directions.

The building could use better soundproofing . I could easily hear noises from the hallway and other floors.
