the room was clean. the complimentary water dispenser was a nice touch. breakfast was fresh daily. the cleaning staff were kind.
the air conditioning only activated when a specific outside temperature was reached. it made the stay slightly uncomfortable

i found the reception staff very cute upon arrival, it felt so nice. our classic double room offered a lovely view of a lit eiffel tower at night. i also appreciated that the room was a good size.. it made everything easier.
the entrance lacked clear identification, it felt a bit hidden. one could easily miss it, especially since the restaurant is more visible.

The staff impressed me with their very nice politeness. They seemed eager to assist whenever needed. their helpful and kind nature greatly contributed to a more comforting stay, a lot to me.

i found the staff at the reception desk very polite and helpful. the hotel's location helped me travel into the city center via metro. i walked to the eiffel tower in about 25 minutes. the hotel is very close to many tourist attractions.
the air conditioning wasn't working properly. the room was hot and uncomfortable.

The reception staff was very friendly upon my arrival. My room was a good size. It offered a view of the Eiffel Tower, and it was lovely at night. The rooftop has great views of the Eiffel tower too.
Breakfast was a struggle. I looked for plates and bowls, the food was good once I got it. Coffee machines were empty of milk for a long time. The hotel was perfectly fine apart from that.

the location was acceptable, it was near the metro.
my room it was small. the phone did not work so i could not contact the staff. the cleaning people only left two towels even when we were more people staying in the room.
