I found the staff kind and always ready to assist. The breakfast offered a wonderful selection of high-quality items with good variety. The hotel's location is superb, offering easy access to the metro and a vibrant array of restaurants and cafes.
The walls were very thin. I could hear the people talking in the room beside me.

The staff was warm helpful and cute. Breakfast was good with a nice selection. The location is great next to Gare de Lyon I found it very convenient. The interior was nice and quirky. I did find it charming.
The lift stops between floors it needs some maintenance.

The hotel's location near the station was acceptable.
The air conditioning in my room did not work, REALLY inconvenient. I had to open the windows, but the street outside was noisy late into the night. There was a lot of traffic and loud music until 2 AM. It was hard to sleep.
