the location is fantastic, close to galerie lafayette, champs, and the opera (everything is pretty much within walking distance!). the staff were very nice and helpful, especially waleed at the front desk. i found the room very clean and the bed comfortable. interior design was amazing.

the fridge had nothing inside, no snacks or drinks (just empty!).

The location was definitely central for my plans.

The room I booked, a Beautiful Room, wasn't up to par. The cleanliness was questionable and the housekeeping obviously unlocked the door. This left the deadbolt open, not very safe for a solo traveller like myself.

the location was unbeatable it was in the heart of the city and had easy access to major attractions the hotel staff were friendly and supportive they always were very good too ensure my stay was good the room was spacious and impeccably clean the bed was comfortable room service was the best i've experienced every request was attended to quickly.

the hotel did not provide conditioner or body lotion only small shampoo and body wash bottles were available a bottle of water was available on each night table upon arrival but not replaced the next day i think more extras could be provided.

the hotel is close to galeries lafayette champs and the opera the location offers easy walking access to place vendome restaurants and shopping cartier is located next door also lois vuitton chanel and dior are in close proximity.

the bar provided fabulous service with complimentary nuts and olives served with drinks breakfast had a variety and good selection of hot and cold options the breakfast room offers excellent amenities including a diverse selection and full breakfast options.

the beautiful room was spacious attractive and had a marble-like bathroom the room was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished the room included a flat screen tv and a safe but no coffee maker was available just instant coffee and a kettle.

the hotel staff was very helpful with directions. the room was clean with a comfy bed and a flat screen tv. i appreciated the complimentary water bottles each day.

the small shampoo bottles were not enough for MY long hair. there was no body lotion, a big oversight. the pillows could use replacement.

mixed feelings on recent stay

my room seemed a bit stuffy. i wished they had better ventilation. the breakfast was alright, nothing special though. it seems the hotel is trying hard, its just not quite hitting the mark, or at least it didnt for me during this visit.
