The night staff did not greet me and seemed uninterested. I expected a better welcome after a long flight. Management should address this lack of basic customer service skills.

The hotel's central location was convenient! It was easy to walk to many attractions and restaurants nearby. I also appreciated the effective air conditioning in my room, a great feature for the warmer days. The staff was helpful in pointing out local spots of interest.

The external noise from what sounded like A/C units was noticeable. It occasionally disrupted the otherwise quiet atmosphere of the room. I wish the noise issue was addressed.
