i found the location convenient to city transport, food, and shops. my room had a good bed and a relaxing bath. the kitchenette included a kettle, toaster, microwave, and sufficient bench space for breakfast.
it was difficult to obtain a remote control for the bedroom television. i had to ask for three days to get it. also, there was maintenance on the water system on the third day, and i had no hot water for two days. it was eventually fixed.

The location is REALLY close to many attractions. The 24-hour free luggage storage is a nice service. I found the staff helpful. It was close to Kings Park and free public transport.
The sheets weren't very clean. That's a shame. The pool isn't tiled. The washing machine in our room didn't work and no one came to fix it after it was mentioned twice. I only spent limited time at the hotel.
