small roomunusual power points
The room was smaller than i thought based on the photos! the light switches near the bed did not control the bathroom light. I had to stumble to the front door in the dark to find the switch. also, the power points looked unusual, i was hesitant to use them until reception explained they were universal. it would be helpful to have a sign indicating this.

Great hospitality near Kings Park

I found the staff friendly and courteous, they were very good to ensure a smooth stay. The modern entrance also made a positive first impression (it is very cute).
I noticed the insulation was not ideal. Noise from adjacent rooms was quite audible. I could clearly hear conversations and sounds from the neighboring bathrooms. This impacted my ability to rest and relax properly.

The pool is medium-sized and offers a view of the fascinating park. Guests who love swimming will be happy. The hotel has sufficient free parking spaces available for all guests. Simple and multifunctional lighting is present in every room.

The breakfast was nice (especially the fresh fruit). The cafe offers a variety of options including sandwiches and dinner. The food quality was really good for a hotel of this size.

The staff demonstrated professionalism, delivering excellent customer service, and displaying extensive knowledge of the area. The manager was especially helpful, he even assisted with finding a place to keep my food cool. They assisted with all my questions.

The location allows easy access to Kings Park via a short walk. It is approximately a 20-minute walk from the exlanade and other interesting city spots. The hotel provides good bus connections just outside the door.

The location was acceptable, with easy access to local transport. It made getting around straightforward.
I was a little disappointed. The room lighting was HARD to adjust. housekeeping did NOT replenish toiletries daily. it was not a great experience.
