acceptable stay, but with some issues
on-site parkingsmall roomrude staff
the hotel offered on-site parking, a feature i found acceptable.
The room i booked did not match the photos online.. it felt smaller than expected. service upon arrival was also not very friendly. The staff member seemed slightly rude.

the staff was lovely. the communal areas were bright and cute. the hotel was quiet and comfortable.
the size of the room was small. the view was of a neighboring building, a hospital. i saw directly into the hospital rooms and saw the patients lying in bed in op shirts, connected to clinical devices.

small roomunusual power points
The room was smaller than i thought based on the photos! the light switches near the bed did not control the bathroom light. I had to stumble to the front door in the dark to find the switch. also, the power points looked unusual, i was hesitant to use them until reception explained they were universal. it would be helpful to have a sign indicating this.

Great hospitality near Kings Park

I found the staff friendly and courteous, they were pretty good to ensure a smooth stay. The modern entrance also made a positive first impression (it is very cute).
I noticed the insulation was not ideal. Noise from adjacent rooms was quite audible. I could clearly hear conversations and sounds from the neighboring bathrooms. This impacted my ability to rest and relax properly.

The pool is medium-sized and offers a view of the fascinating park. Guests who love swimming will be happy. The hotel has sufficient free parking spaces available for all guests. Simple and multifunctional lighting is present in every room.

The breakfast was nice (especially the fresh fruit). The cafe offers a variety of options including sandwiches and dinner. The food quality was really good for a hotel of this size.

The staff demonstrated professionalism, delivering excellent customer service, and displaying extensive knowledge of the area. The manager was especially helpful, he even assisted with finding a place to keep my food cool. They assisted with all my questions.

The location was acceptable, with easy access to local transport. It made getting around straightforward.
I was a little disappointed. The room lighting was HARD to adjust. housekeeping did NOT replenish toiletries daily. it was not a great experience.
