The staff offered complimentary drinks upon my arrival. I got a free umbrella for beach use from the front desk. I also enjoyed free coffee at the bar after 11 AM. The hotel location is near the beach, cafes, and shops. The accommodation felt very comfy and relaxing to me.

The hotel charged too much for what the room offered. I paid a lot for one night in a regular room.

Excellent Beachfront Stay

I appreciated the helpful staff, especially David. He gave us a room with a balcony, this was really thoughtful. The hotel offers beachfront access, I found it very convenient. There is also parking available, which simplified our travel arrangements.

The walls seemed thin. I could hear the person snoring next door.

free coffee helpful receptionist dirty roof rattling door

the location is fantastic as it is directly opposite the beach. i liked the free coffee from the bar. the receptionist at the front desk was very polite and well-informed (he was also very chatty!).

the room faced an old, dirty roof covered in bird droppings so i couldn't open the window. the door didn't close completely, which let light in and meant it rattled when someone walked past.

Fantastic Ocean View!

My room was awesome. The hotel offers free bikes, stand-up paddleboards, and beach umbrellas, which I thought was fantastic. The bustling bars and surrounding restaurants nearby provided great convenience.

The noise from the bar downstairs was quite loud until late at night! I could also hear the person snoring next door. The walls seemed thin.

The property does not offer onsite parking; however, free street parking is available on both sides of the hotel on Warnham Road and John Street, on a first-come basis.

Do I need to pay a security deposit when I book a room?
