The hotel decor IS excellent with its unique photography theme. It gave the whole place a special vibe. Staff welcomed me warmly and were attentive to my needs. The location proved convenient for exploring the city by tram. I REALLY appreciated the easy access to public transport.
The mini-bar selection was quite limited.

The location was quite convenient for accessing different parts of the city.
My experience was mixed. The room was not as clean as expected. I found some hairs in the shower (this was a letdown). Breakfast was mediocre. The eggs were undercooked. The coffee service was slow. It took a long time to get a simple cup (I waited almost 20 minutes one morning).
i encountered issues with the room cleaning . housekeeping did not consistently replace used coffee mugs. also, the placement of power outlets near the desk was inconvenient.
