Surprising stay in the city
unique theme attentive staff convenient location
The hotel decor IS excellent with its unique photography theme. It gave the whole place a special vibe. Staff welcomed me warmly and were attentive to my needs. The location proved convenient for exploring the city by tram. I REALLY appreciated the easy access to public transport.
The mini-bar selection was quite limited.

The room has charging ports by the bed. A large window offered plenty of natural light, and the bed felt particularly comfy. Interconnecting rooms are available upon request.

The reception staff facilitated an early check-in upon my arrival, a huge help. They also accommodated luggage storage after check-out. This allowed for further exploration. I found the staff to be very cute.

Average stay, some issues with cleanliness and breakfast
undercooked eggs slow service
The location was quite convenient for accessing different parts of the city.
My experience was mixed. The room was not as clean as expected. I found some hairs in the shower (this was a letdown). Breakfast was mediocre. The eggs were undercooked. The coffee service was slow. It took a long time to get a simple cup (I waited almost 20 minutes one morning).

the room was adequately sized.
i encountered issues with the room cleaning . housekeeping did not consistently replace used coffee mugs. also, the placement of power outlets near the desk was inconvenient.
