stylish rooms great value rude manager poor customer service

the room was stylish. it was also quiet considering its proximity to the terminal. the staff were friendly and they provided a portacot plus a little teddy for my little one. i found this rather sweet.

the manager was not very polite when i checked in. i also found her unfriendly to the patrons. this soured my experience a bit.

I booked a beautiful room with two zip beds, but the room i got had a strong musty smell. also, the restaurant service was slow. I waited over 30 minutes just for a simple salad. it was ridiculous!

The location was very close to the terminals. I found self-service kiosks for check-in to be very efficient. My room featured a shower with excellent water pressure.

convenient location airport shuttle super fast elevator available assistance luggage cart hotel garage

The hotel location is very convenient. It is a short walk from the airport shuttle stop. The elevator was also super fast.

There was no one available to help with luggage upon arrival. I saw no small luggage carts, only huge ones. These were difficult to maneuver and get luggage from the garage to check-in.
