breakfast buffet great options pool temperature shower leak broken seat heating controller

The breakfast buffet had A LOT of options and tasted great. The pool temperature was just right for a relaxing swim. The hotel is very close to Albert Park, SO I could easily go for a walk around the lake.

Our shower leaked a LOT onto the bathroom floor. The toilet seat in our room was broken. The heating controller wasn't working well. The room was too hot ALL the time.

The heated indoor pool and spa were a real treat! i also appreciated the restaurant. It had a great special on. the food served tasted nice. and i found the hotel to be clean and tidy.

The tv seemed old. It looked like it came from the early 2000s. i wanted to connect to the internet, but i couldn't do it. the air conditioner didn't work too, it was annoying! also, one male concierge was rude and dismissive!

the breakfast was great. i appreciated the variety offered each morning. the location was near the park , a bonus for morning walks. i also found the staff helpful with directions.

the room service fee felt quite high , considering the overall cost of my meal.
