musty carpet loud air conditioning
This place wasn't great. My room had this terrible, musty carpet. the air conditioning made a really loud clanking sound all night long. I slept poorly because of that noise. The front desk didn't seem to care when I mentioned it in the morning. I will not stay here again.

really good cleanliness central location friendly staff spacious apartment
i found the cleanliness to be really good. the location is super central and convenient. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and they extended our stay with ease. the apartment was very spacious and had all the amenities i needed.
finding on-site parking was a bit challenging, and the alleyway leading to it is quite narrow. it would be best to have a small car for navigation in this area.

this location is amazing, with the main shopping strip just across the road. i also noticed that the station is only a block away, providing quick access to various destinations for easy exploration.

our two-bedroom apartment had ample space, including two bathrooms and two tvs. i loved that a fully equipped kitchen was available, with an oven, stovetop, full-size fridge, and dishwasher.
Service

The staff were really good by storing our bags after checkout, which i sincerely appreciated. they gave us access to the shower on the pool level, so we could freshen up before our late flight home. I found that really helpful.

central location spacious room
the location was central to the city. access to hay street shopping and woolworths was very convenient. the room was very spacious and clean.
the building is somewhat dated. i noted this . the room was functional, but some aspects was aged.

my premier one bedroom suite featured a large, comfy bed. excellent lighting was available for reading, including in the bathroom. i also found a well appointed kitchen and a balcony.

the staff proved very helpful throughout my stay. reception handled my queries efficiently. i found the room service staff prompt with any requests i had.

a gym is available for guest use. the hotel features a rooftop pool. breakfast is available next door, which i found convenient.

train station helpful staff
The location is near the train station and shopping areas. All the staff members were friendly and helpful .
The floor in my apartment had a slight slant (which was odd).

helpful staff bedroom apartment laundry facilities
i stayed in a two bedroom apartment it had a kitchenette and two bathrooms. laundry facilities were available this was very helpful since my stay was several nights. the staff was friendly and helpful with all requests and questions.
the air conditioning remote did not work properly i could not adjust the temperature easily
