The Craster Arms Hotel In Beadnell offers
“In my opinion, the hotel certainly has some appealing qualities, particularly its historical ambiance and location near Northumberland Coast attractions, but reports of service inconsistencies and lapses in expected standards raise concerns. The availability of family-friendly and pet-friendly facilities alongside unique dining options could make it a worthwhile consideration if improvements are made.”

Excellent Stay Above a Bustling Pub
huge portions friendly staff good breakfast
I found the pub food very good. The English pub style food portions were huge. I was glad I had a big appetite. Breakfast prepared me well for a day outdoors?
My room seemed somewhat worn? Some areas needed a refresh. The website showed a different room decor. Walls had scuffs, and the carpet had stains

Romantic Stay
spacious suite large portions welcome feeling
The One-Bedroom Suite was spacious and comfortable. I loved the breakfast. It offered large portions. The staff went out of their way.
There was no table in the seating area , made eating there impractical. It's a simple thing I think could improve comfort.
Service

The staff was attentive and friendly. They showed genuine care. They were quick to address our needs and always had a smile. The service greatly enhanced our stay there.
Dining
10/10
The food was delicious and fresh. The seafood medley I had was wonderful and had a perfect balance of herbs and garlic. The sirloin was cooked perfectly. It met my expectations.
Location
10/10
This hotel is situated perfectly in a charming village. It is also a short walk to the beach. The location made exploring the area easy. It helped me fall in love with the place.
