The room seemed small. I think there were no drawers. So, I ended up stacking my shirts on a chair. The breakfast service really missed the mark. I asked for tea. I asked for coffee. I got neither, annoying.

The front desk , while generally helpful , seemed understaffed during peak hours , which meant longer wait times for simple requests. Also , the minibar prices were quite high , even for a hotel , and I found it annoying I could not buy basic snacks nearby.

i appreciated the staff. each person was really friendly and helpful. the location proved convenient for getting around. it was easy to walk everywhere. the complimentary drinks were appreciated. i liked the preservation of architecture from the original convent. the rooms had comfortable beds.

the room overlooked the bins behind a fast food restaurant. it wasnt very pleasant.

the location was acceptable. it was very close to rossio square.

The service didn't quite meet my expectations. there was a mistake regarding breakfast inclusion, and i ended up paying for it even though i didn't particularly want it.. i also left my toiletries bag, which contained medication, and the staff showed zero concern. they said housekeeping was informed, but finding it seemed impossible. This lack of accountability bothered me a lot.

i really enjoyed the hotel's central location near rossio plaza. the spacious premium cloister view room with furnished terrace was a great choice. i spent several evenings on the terrace, sipping wine and enjoying the city sounds. the staff offered great restaurant recommendations (i especially loved the seafood place!) and welcomed us to snack in the cloister.

the vehicular access to the front door is limited. i needed to grab an uber around the corner, a bit inconvenient (especially with luggage).

my room included a comfy king bed and provided luxurious bedding with soft sheets. the spacious bathroom was well-equipped with high-end toiletries, like shampoo and lotion. fluffy towels. i found everything to be sparkling clean and modern.
