The hotel had a great location near transportation and restaurants. The staff offered helpful service. Breakfast included a delicious array of breads, cheese, and fruits. The team ensured guests were looked after.

The noise level from outside was ridiculous, I did not sleep. The noise continued until 3am.

river view front desk team sushi spot thumpy music key situation tatty bathroom

the hotel room faced the river it was a sight that felt special waking up to that view each morning. the team at the front desk were great they managed to get me a taxi when streets were closed and it seemed impossible. the hotel boasts one of the best sushi spots it was convenient .

the music began at 10 pm it persisted until between 5 am and 6 am every night i found it hard to sleep. the door key situation was difficult i seen other guests struggling to get into their rooms. the wet room composite in bathrooms looked tatty it is coming away around the sink.

central location high standard friendly staff

i appreciated the proximity to the main transport hub. also, the room was cleaned daily to a VERY high standard. the staff was friendly and always available to solve all needs.

the street noise can be heard sometimes, even with closed Windows.

The room was clean. The hotel offered complimentary water, which I found helpful. I liked the automatic blinds on the windows.

The music noise was significant at night, affecting my sleep. I closed the window and used the provided earplugs, but I still struggled to sleep well. The noise stopped around 6 AM each night.

new year's eve was enchanting. the hotel gifted me views. the room held a spacious design, gentle with a river faced view. a cozy couch invited rest, a soft bed promised sleep, a huge mirror reflected dreams, and a desk awaited my thoughts. the bathroom, a space of double showers, was so kind.

i was aware the area held nightlife, yet the music echoed until dawn. the earplugs offered, though thoughtful, could not hush the deep bass. sleep remained a dream. a quiet room would gift a peaceful slumber.

the location was wonderful it was close to many fascinating sites. the breakfast buffet had quite a nice selection. staff was wonderful i appreciate it. the hotel is very stylish and pretty

the area was very loud until 6am. i moved rooms from pink street side to riverside and , made it better but there was still a lot of noise on lower levels. the room was hot it did not seem possible to cool it down except opening the window. the noise prevented that option
