amazing stay! i'm already planning my return.

I loved the attentiveness of the staff. They really looked after us! it was my third time staying here in fourteen months, and the service is always great! the staff are very friendly, and the rooms felt fresh with many amenities provided. it was also central, yet quiet.
the balcony view wasn't that excellent, and there wasn't an ironing board available. also, the bathroom showerhead seemed a bit clogged and i couldn't control the a/c in my room. i had to ask reception to set the temperature, and they locked it!

The staff's hospitality is definitely amazing. The hotel features a gym, pool, and restaurant for guest convenience. The breakfast provided many options (i enjoyed the fresh fruit!). The location is great. It is a short walk to the beach, giving easy access.
The walls seem a little thin. I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.

The staff arranged a surprise for my birthday. They decorated my premier room balcony and had cakes ready at check-in. the travel desk helped plan trips based on my needs. it was fantastic. the rooftop pool has amazing views. but the hotel felt very clean.

the location was fabulous. it was near bang la road. the rooftop swimming pool had a beautiful view and they changed the swimming bed.
The walls were way too thin!! i could hear everything from adjacent rooms. the prices were vastly overpriced. Hence the bar and restaurant were constantly empty.
