the location was convenient for accessing nearby bars and restaurants.

The sink in my room leaked, and the noise from pool repairs on the sixth floor was disruptive. It directly impacted my ability to rest properly.

Wonderful Thai experience

I stayed in a room with pool access, the best decision ever. After a day in humid weather, stepping straight into the pool felt so good. Breakfast had a massive food selection and the staff seemed to know me after just one morning. Domestic staff seemed happy to help outside normal cleaning, that was really appreciated.

Wi-Fi was a bit unstable in the room, it sometimes lost connection.

The hotel offers three very nice pools, each is different and include functioning hot tubs. There are massage services near the pool area, prices seem very competitive, this looked handy and relaxing.

Receptionists showed cordiality and a warm welcome, they were very pleasant. The hotel booked taxi and tour locally, a very good tour guide helped me choose excursions. The cleaning was performed daily, so the room was super clean.

The restaurant offers excellent cuisine for many hours daily, i found it convenient. The breakfast buffet provides varied foods, i always found something tasty. I liked omelettes and fresh fruits. The selections changed daily.

modern gym amazing views reasonable prices

The gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The rooftop pool featured lovely views (I went there every day!). I appreciated tea, coffee, and water in the room and the mini bar prices seemed reasonable. The tour guide at reception provided very helpful information about local attractions.
