direct access helpful staff breakfast options
The hotel offered direct pool access, which i found so convenient. The staff were helpful (i especially appreciated their quick responses). The breakfast options were diverse and plentiful, covering both Asian and international tastes. The location allowed easy access to nearby attractions.
The sound isolation was not very effective, as i experienced noise from both the busy street and adjacent rooms.

The pool was big and well-kept. I saw many guests enjoying it. A functional gym equipped with treadmills and stationary bikes was available. These facilities enhanced my stay.

helpful staff amazing pool great food
The location was AMAZING, Patong beach is close to the hotel. 7Eleven is right in front. Staff was very helpful. The pool is THE highlight. Breakfast was excellent, rooms are spacious. The staff is friendly. The hotel is near the beach. GREAT food options are also nearby.
I noticed some wear and tear in the bathroom. SOME tiles looked a LITTLE loose.

The breakfast buffet included many options, from fresh fruit to hot dishes. I found something for everyone. Coffee and tea service was available promptly each morning and the dining area was clean. Staff ensured food was stocked.

Staff provided quick responses to all requests. I received extra towels and toiletries within minutes. Check-in and check-out were efficient and professional, staff explained all hotel amenities clearly. I felt welcome .

a romantic escape
quiet location pool access big breakfast selection friendly staff
I love how close it was to everything, but still a bit away from the noise was great. our room had direct access to the pool, something i wanted. the breakfast had so many choices. I always found something new i like. the staff really cared about us. They always have a smile.
i did notice some mosquitoes, but it wasn't too bad.

the breakfasts were AMAZING!!! there was so much variety and something different every day. the room was very clean with a really nice setup. the staff and security were also amazing.
the mattresses were a bit too hard.
