efficient taxi very good location thorough service great area
staff showed great friendliness and efficient taxi arranged to phuket airport. i found the hotel to have a VERY good location with easy access. housekeeping provided a thorough daily service i noticed. the rooftop pool provided a great area for relaxation.

functional system daily juice
The room had a functional air conditioning system. It was easy to manage and it worked well. Breakfast offered a variety of options. I saw American, Thai, and Indian choices. I also liked the salad, soup, breakfast pastries and juice available daily.
The hotel will fine you for smoking a shisha pipe. Guests can freely smoke cannabis at the smoking area by the pool.

excellent stay!
clean room rooftop pool midnight bar
The rooms were very super clean and cozy. i enjoyed the rooftop pool a lot. It attracts a great group of people and makes it easy to meet other travellers. the rooftop bar opens until midnight. It is a perfect chill-out spot.
the water pressure was a little low, making showers not quite as refreshing.

An okay stay with SOME ISSUES
cold food poor bathroom design
The breakfast buffet had limited options for western palates. It catered more to other cultures. The drinks and food at the rooftop pool were overpriced. I ordered hot food, but it arrived COLD and the beers were not chilled enough. Our bathroom had a poor design, so water always escaped from the shower area (it was annoying).

late laundry high laundry bill
The laundry service was a complete disaster. My clothes came back a day late, after my checkout time. To add insult to injury, the bill was surprisingly high. They still demanded the full price despite their unfulfilled promise. I consider this unacceptable.

rooftop pool great view helpful staff poor shower slow drain faulty air conditioning
The rooftop pool WAS great. I especially enjoyed the views it provided. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were very helpful and always ready to assist with requests.
The shower constantly alternated between hot and cold. It was difficult to enjoy it. The sink did not drain well. It became quite unpleasant. The air conditioning stopped working one night. It would not restart.

charmed by a rooftop escape
rooftop pool helpful staff excellent location clean room
the rooftop pool was a definite highlight with lovely views and a lively bar. i loved the helpful and polite staff especially toey who assisted me in the lobby. the hotel's location was excellent it was close to the beach shops and restaurants. the room was clean.
the water pressure was too low so it was hard to take a proper shower.

breakfast included yummy choices close to beach restaurants and shops the hotel has options for everyones taste. the staff ensures a pleasant atmosphere and promptly address any needs i had. overall dining experience was good.
