comfortable beds convenient shopping cuisine range
the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds i found it very convenient that shopping was nearby the breakfast had a range of cuisines to choose from it was great. the location is perfect with everything i needed within easy reach.
i noticed some restaurant staff were less friendly than others it seemed inconsistent.

efficient process helpful staff poolside bbq good drink
The check-in process was efficient. I appreciated the helpful staff at reception, especially Lilly and Gift. The resort celebrated Songkran. I enjoyed the staff's dancing, the poolside BBQ, and the Red Wine Margarita at the pool bar.
The fitness studio equipment looks a bit old.

The room had a musty smell despite the air conditioning. The dining area was noisy and located right next to the street. My stomach was upset after eating breakfast. The food quality seemed low. I thought the price was too high relative to the hotel's quality.
