good stay overall
delicious breakfast helpful staff loud music faulty doors
the breakfast was great. there was a lot of food to choose from, and it tasted good (i especially liked the omelets!). the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests we had.
our room was located near the main pool. the hotel played loud music on a speaker all day. this got annoying after a while (it was the same playlist over and over!). also, the sliding doors in our apartment didn't lock very well. i only found this out after a couple of days.

nice layout adult area good breakfast insect presence missing elevator
The resort had a nice layout with lots of greenery and three pools. there were separate, quieter areas designated for adults. the breakfast buffet was good with a wide selection of items to choose from. the gym was well-equipped. It included a thai boxing class.
i noticed different types of insects inside the room and bathroom. the hotel didn't have an elevator. This was inconvenient during check-out as i needed help with luggage.
