i stayed at a superior queen room for three nights. the room included complimentary slippers, a side bag, and an umbrella useful for the beach. they also provided towels, a nice touch! the rooftop pool has excellent views and i swam there during sunset. breakfast was great with many delicious options like fresh dragon fruit.

the walls are a bit thin and i could hear some noise from the hallway but it didn't bother me too much

The hotel is convenient for walking to main streets with restaurants and massage parlors. It's just a short stroll to major shopping malls. This central location made exploring the surrounding area easy and very convenient for accessing various attractions.

The staff, from reception to housekeeping, were polite with a smiling face. Their attentiveness and helpfulness contributed positively to my stay. I especially appreciated the quick assistance whenever i had questions or needed something.

the location is very handy. it has a short walk to many things. the room included brand new fluffy towels. the buffet breakfast had good options. the rooftop bar and pool were very clean.

the corridors were very dark. i think it need more light. it made it difficult to see at times.

the rooftop pool is beautifull. it has a decent size and gives good views. the gym is small but adequate. i saw three treadmills and two stationary bikes available for use, also the gym is air conditioned.

Solid Stay in Prime Location!

The rooftop swimming pool offered great views, and the waiter was very attentive. The room was large, comfortable, and always clean. It featured a big bathroom. I appreciated the convenient location close to Central Mall and Bangla Street. The gym was small but it was equipped well.

The AC didn't always keep up with the heat and humidity, so sometimes I switched it off since it was too cold.

the shower had excellent pressure and temperature control. the swimming pool was also a nice size and provided good views. buffet breakfast offered a standard selection , but i enjoyed the cheese omelette prepared at the egg station.

the balcony was very narrow , so i couldn't use it. coffee was disappointing , i thought it tasted like vending machine quality. i got a reminder call at 11am and another at 11:40am on my check-out day , it felt rushed.
