i found the resort seamlessly integrated with the natural surroundings. the beach access was very convenient, and i enjoyed the well kept gardens and multiple pools. the service was attentive, and i appreciated the overall peaceful atmosphere. breakfast was diverse and flavorful.
i noticed that some of the furniture in common areas showed signs of wear. this was a minor issue overall.

The grounds were so lush and green.. a true paradise. the pools were a dream.. so many to choose from. the staff was kind and helpful. I felt so pampered.
the evening entertainment was a bit repetitive. it was often the same music. also, the beach bar closed a bit early for my liking. it left me wanting a late-night cocktail under the stars.

The resort is beautifully integrated into the natural environment. i especially liked seeing monitor lizards wander freely. They added character to the grounds (i was like i was in a jungle!). the beach offered plenty of sunbeds for relaxation.
the limited number of open bars was disappointing. during the day, obtaining a drink at the lobby or garden coffee shop was impossible since they were closed between breakfast and dinner service. this made it inconvenient to get refreshments.

I found navigating the hotel quite difficult. The dark foliage made it hard to see (especially at night), so I ended up getting lost several times.

I enjoyed the updated accommodation. Our newly refurbished room was beautiful and quiet. There was a spa pool straight outside and a nearby pool was also very quiet.
I agree the hotel needs some TLC in places. I initially felt underwhelmed on arrival. I was shown to our room and started to worry slightly.

The grounds feature lush greenery with AMAZING wildlife. I really liked seeing different birds all around the area. The pools provided a refreshing swim, and I took advantage of the free kayaks. The breakfast buffet offered many choices with tasty options.
The evening entertainment was a little repetitive. I think there could be more variety.

i was grateful for my stay. the tropical gardens were beautiful. i spent much time exploring the spacious grounds. i especially liked the many sunbeds spread around the charming estate.
i found some areas showed signs of wear, needing some updating.
