a charming beachfront escape!

The resort grounds were kept very tidy and clean. i especially appreciated the elephant sanctuary only a short walk away. It was an amazing experience. also, the massage ladies in the hotel were amazing. I had three massages .
i found that the hotel didn't manage guests from the hotel side coming over to use the villa pool very well. this pool should be exclusive to villa guests.

the resort features two lovely pools, perfect for relaxation. a beach bar is also available, and it offers great cocktails at reasonable prices. the onsite spa provides a wide selection of treatments, with the head/shoulders and back massage being particularly noteworthy.

the food at the restaurants is great, with many choices available. the buffet offered different themes every evening. the breakfast was also great.

the room with ocean view was perfect and spacious. the housekeeping did an amazing job, as the room was 100% clean. the swim-up pool in the upgraded room was fantastic.

The staff were helpful onsite.
The all-inclusive drinks were of poor quality. They were unavailable until 11 AM. This is not ideal in hot weather. The beach bar also required extra payment for all-inclusive guests, made little sense.

The LOCATION, amazing, allowed us easy access to everything we wished. The spa offered rejuvenating treatments. I felt the stress melt away during my massage! I found the dining options provided a good culinary journey, with each meal a new and exciting experience. The staff greeted us each morning with a warm smile, really making us feel like part of the family.
i did notice the gym equipment looked a little dated.

Staff members were very attentive and helpful with all requests. They arranged taxis and provided information about local attractions. The reception desk offered prompt assistance with check-in and check-out. They made the process very smooth. i did love that.

The room included a comfortable king-sized bed and soft pillows for restful sleep. This was important for me! There was a spacious balcony with seating, perfect for enjoying the scenery in the mornings. i thought the decor was very elegant.

The beachfront infinity pool had plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. It's perfect for relaxation. The resort offered direct beach access, very convenient for morning walks. The lush gardens provided a tranquil atmosphere. Truly a peaceful retreat.

The room have a balcony. I see wild life if I look closely. Staff are very helpful. Nicole at the reception helped us out on many occasions. Food and drinks were fresh.
The villa side felt worn. We called for help because the air conditioning wasnt working. No one showed up. The spa was the worst I've ever been to. The massage was lightly spreading oil on my skin.

i found the staff very friendly and accommodating. the two pools were lovely. the cocktails were delicious and reasonably priced.
i noticed one bar only used local drinks and they tasted awful. there was no waiter service at the pool. the sunbeds were located on muddy grass in rows, quite cheap.
