the location was good for accessing nearby restaurants.
The staff seemed undertrained, they didn't respond quickly when i requested towels. It took 3 calls and almost an hour. the gym was small and stuffy with broken equipment, and no one bothered to fix it .

The room was spacious and the air conditioning worked well. The breakfast had a variety of options to choose from (especially fresh fruit).
The hard bed made sleep difficult. The bathroom shower leaked badly. The poor sound insulation allowed a lot of street noise to filter into the room, disrupting sleep.

this was a great benefit. the staff were always helpful. they helped with luggage. the room was comfortable and quite spacious.
the breakfast selection was not varied enough. the fruit was often the same options. there were no mangoes or passion fruit. the location is on a very busy road with hospital opposite. sirens could be heard throughout the day and night.
