breakfast selection helpful staff

The breakfast selection included many items! the staff was very helpful ! i booked trips through the travel office at the hotel. I recommend it. the room was tidy, and i found multiple electric plugs, an iron, and a hair dryer.

The hotel is near restaurants, mini markets, and a 7-eleven. There are medical centers, shopping areas, and salons nearby. it is a short walk to the beach. it took me only five minutes to walk there.

I stayed in a room high up! i had to take a shuttle to get to it. there is one elevator from the lobby. This goes up to the pool. the hotel buildings use cart access for mobility challenges.

small room difficult access

The room size felt quite small. I didn't expect that. also, the hotel's location on a hill made entering and exiting the hotel difficult. i didn't find much joy and would probably not recommend it based on these factors.

many stairs slippery pool area

the staff was friendly! but the wi-fi was slow.

the room had lots of stairs to get to it and when it rained some was out in the open. for people in their 70s this was not appreciated. the pool area when it was wet was slippery and i had to go passed this going too and from the room.

The hotel provides spacious rooms. Bathrooms feature a beautiful design. I found a lot of choice and tasty food at breakfast. The staff are very attentive to guest needs.

I noticed the gym had limited equipment.
