i stayed in a villa and it featured a veranda with large windows plus space inside i liked the smart tv for accessing netflix it was easy to relax in the room the breakfast included thai western options eggs fruit and salad the restaurant was pleasant in the morning and the dinner food was great

the room cleaning was not great the shower and sink areas did not look properly cleaned

The room was HUGE. The AC worked GREAT. A large balcony overlooked the pool. I enjoyed the breakfast with many options. The hotel is close to the town with AMAZING restaurants and nightlife. I walked around every night and tried different excellent restaurants.

The hotel is set back in lovely surroundings, away from the main area but still close enough to walk to in minutes. It is located in the middle between two main beaches near the pier.

The rooms have high standard of fittings and furnishings, also a big comfortable bed. I stayed in a room with windows that brought in much light in the morning and it felt luxurious. Swim out rooms are available.

The staff are helpful and very friendly. I was allowed to stay in the same room as the previous year. The staff assists with luggage and provides help in every way possible, always smiling.

The pool is great and was very quiet. The hotel offers free water. Every evening included nice entertainment. Monkeys can be seen nearby. They did not cause any issues and were funny to watch.

The pastries were just okay. I would improve them. the selection was good, though.

The room was spacious, i felt very comfortable. the breakfast buffet was great. There were many options to choose from. the location is perfect. It is close to everything.

the staff at the bistro were slow. they forgot about you entirely sometimes. i found the hotel quite overpriced for what it offers.
