i was frustrated with a couple things. The shower temperature was erratic. It fluctuated WILDLY from freezing to scalding. the TERRIBLE air conditioning made sleep difficult, I couldn't adjust it.

the location is excellent. it is close to everything. the staff was friendly and sweet to my son.

the room was old. i found old toothpaste on one of the glasses in the bathroom. the sink drain was clogged and the shower water temperature fluctuated wildly (going from cold to burning hot). the shower gel was not refilled by housekeeping after it ran out.

The hotel location is great. It's easy walk to bars and restaurants from hotel. I find rooms clean and quite comfortable. The staff are friendly and they were attentive to my needs.

the hotel location allowed easy access to the town area and the beach was just steps away i appreciated the hotel's two pools one facing the sea and another more private at the back each offering unique beautiful views the spa services provided a divine experience with lovely staff. i found everything i needed within walking distance of the villa this made exploring very convenient

some visible aging exists i saw rusted air vents and noticed some doors were not fully sealed perhaps a little attention to sprucing things up would be beneficial

The beach access was immediate and wonderful, just steps away. i liked the pool area and its layout. the gym had sufficient equipment. I used the treadmills and weights. the staff that arranged tours were very helpful with all my questions.

The hotel location IS convenient. the staff were helpful and quick to respond to requests. the breakfast had a good variety of options. It was actually quite decent.
