The pool area has a great kids pool area. Breakfast was good. It had plenty of choice. Rooms plus swim up rooms were great. A courtesy bus goes to two local beaches from the hotel. It is a 5 min walk to local restaurants. They were plentiful.

It is almost 60 steps to get to the room from outside the resort. I was repeatedly told on different nights that a golf cart with mobility challenges was broken.

Customer service is excellent, and the staff are really friendly and helpful at this hotel. Nittaya. She was always ready to help us with our requests.

Breakfast includes so much variety in Thai and Western food. The Thai changes daily and it is delicious. The restaurant at the front of the hotel has food that is very good and reasonably priced for a hotel restaurant.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Housekeeping does an amazing job every day. Lovely comfortable beds and great strong showers are included. My swim up pool room outdoor patio was covered, so i could lay out on the loungers even when it rained.
